Very clear mid and treble, robust and tight bass with excellent headroom at wholesome sound presure levels
Slightly "warm" sound - attractive with most observes
Appear smartly constructed (too early to remark any further)
Good selection of silicon tips together with double-flanged guidelines.
Over-the-ear design takes some getting used to but certainly scale agains cable noise

**Cons-
Not somewhat flat response - mild bass emphasis. This and the "warm" sound attribute may make them unsuitable for mixing, otherwise it's entirely subjective and so much of will want it this fashion.
